Wholesale Shipping Policies

We are committed to delivering your wholesale orders efficiently and reliably. Please review our shipping terms before placing an order.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is charged on all wholesale orders, regardless of order size or value.
  • Rates are based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your invoice or charged at checkout.

Lead Times for Bulk & Case Orders

  • Case packs and bulk orders may require additional lead time depending on current inventory levels and order volume.
  • Standard lead time is typically 3–7 business days, but larger base/bulk orders may take up to 2–3 weeks.
  • If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us in advance to confirm availability and the estimated ship date.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS, USPS, and occasionally freight. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Backorders

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately and provide options to wait, substitute, or adjust the order.


Wholesale Return Policies

All Wholesale Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of wholesale pricing and volume-based discounts, all wholesale purchases are considered final and non-returnable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for wholesale orders under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive products that are damaged in transit or incorrect due to a fulfillment error, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your shipment. Claims must include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect items
  • Order number and contact information

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or credit, at our discretion.
