Important Notices

 

If you are a United States affiliate and are approved for our program, you will need to login and go to your Tax Settings to fill out your W9 for tax purposes. If this is not done, no payouts will be made and your account will be deactivated after three months, with any unpaid commissions declined. We have no choice in this.
