Free Shipping
We provide free shipping on retail orders over $49 (after any discounts/coupons) that ship to the continental United States.
Free shipping does not apply to countries other than the U.S. Affordable worldwide rates are available during checkout.
Note: Orders to the contiguous United States over $200 will ship via UPS. Orders over $200 to Alaska or Hawaii will ship by UPS or USPS.
Expedited Same Day Shipping
Retail orders with expedited shipping placed before 1 PM CST Monday - Friday will ship same-day. We will make every effort to ship orders with expedited shipping placed after 1 PM CST Monday - Friday on the same day, but cannot guarantee it will ship that day. We ship on Monday - Friday. Orders shipped expedited on a Friday may not arrive until Monday depending on the shipping service used.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping via UPS with Expedited and Express service options along with USPS First Class International and USPS Priority Mail international.
USPS First Class Mail International is offered to Canada, Australia and the UK. This service has a 3 - 4 week delivery time. USPS Priority Mail International is a quicker option with a 1 - 2 week delivery time.
UPS Expedited and UPS Express are our fastest options offering a 1 week or 3 - 4 day shipping times, respectively. UPS and USPS do not guarantee any of these delivery times and we cannot be held responsible for any shipments that do not arrive on the estimated arrival dates. No refunds will be given in such an occurrence.
International Taxes and Duties
Customers are responsible for all duties and brokerage fees which will be due upon arrival of the package and paid directly to your local government.

Damaged Items
In the rare event you receive a damaged item, let us know as soon as possible, within the 30 days, by starting a return.
How to Initiate a Return
Login to your account and find the order you need to return. Under the order status there will be a link that says Return Items. Click that and you'll be able to enter any needed information and submit it to us directly.

Coupons
Coupons can't be added after an order has been placed. If you have a coupon code, make sure to enter it during checkout. Coupons do not apply to items on sale or packages.
