What happened?

 

In August 2025, we moved our site to Shopify and our affiliate program to UpPromote. This allowed us to offer more features and a more robust tracking for affiliates. Four emails were sent to promote the change starting in May.

 

What about my previous commissions?

 

They're here. You'll see June and July commissions as one large bulk referral in your dashboard. We are working on getting payouts up to date but need your help...

 

How do I make sure I get payouts?

 

For security we did not move over your tax IDs (for US affiliates) or your PayPal email. If you haven't already, go to sell.puro3.com and use the Forgot Password tool to reset your password.

 

Once logged in, go to your payment method and make sure it is set properly. If you're a US affiliate, you'll also need to fill out your tax documents. There's a guide that shows you where everything is in your affiliate dashboard.

 

Note: If you changed your email address in the short time between our migration and launch, we might still have your old email. If this is the case, contact us and we'll get it set for you.
